HAZUHAIR’S “HAIR FOR HOPE” PROGRAM: DONATING HAIR TO CANCER PATIENTS

HazuHair is proud to announce the launch of our “Hair for Hope” program, a heartfelt initiative aimed at bringing joy, confidence, and support to cancer patients. In collaboration with the Bac Giang Oncology Hospital and the Bright Tomorrow Fund, we invite our community to join us in this meaningful cause.

On April 5, 2025, HazuHair partnered with the Bac Giang Oncology Hospital to host a special event titled “Hair for Cancer Patients.” This program brought together compassionate volunteers, professional stylists, and generous donors to create wigs for those battling cancer. With nearly 400 patients receiving treatment at the hospital at any given time—and sometimes close to 500—this initiative is a small but powerful way to make a difference in their lives.

Event Highlights:

• Volunteer Spirit: Dozens of individuals, including young volunteers, stepped forward to donate their hair. Each strand was a symbol of love and solidarity, with the message, “Every strand of hair represents a thread of affection.”
• Professional Support: Expert stylists from HazuHair, alongside trusted salons like 1900 Hair Salon, provided free haircuts and styling services to prepare the donated hair for wig-making.
• Emotional Impact: Fifty cancer patients currently undergoing treatment at the hospital received these gifts of hope, helping them feel more confident and uplifted during their challenging journey.

• Donating Your Hair: If you have at least 10 inches of healthy hair, consider donating it to create wigs for cancer patients.
• Volunteering: Join us as a volunteer to assist with events or spread the word about this cause.
• Sponsoring: Businesses and individuals can support us by providing resources or funding to sustain the program.
